As a Technical Product Analyst – AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Artificial Intelligence at our organization. Working closely with the AI Product Lead, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, you will help bridge technical capabilities with business needs.

About the Role

This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, understands the lifecycle of AI/ML products, and is passionate about emerging technologies and responsible AI practices. You will be responsible for translating AI use cases into clear, testable product requirements and workflows, documenting business rules, acceptance criteria, and evaluation metrics, and supporting backlog grooming, sprint planning, and testing cycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate AI use cases into clear, testable product requirements and workflows
  • Document business rules, acceptance criteria, and evaluation metrics
  • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and testing cycles
  • Assist in embedding responsible AI practices and governance into development workflows
  • Capture model documentation, risks, and approval checklists
  • Contribute to post-deployment monitoring plans for AI models
  • Validate solutions against business requirements and assess organisational readiness
  • Act as a translator between technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need 2+ years' experience in data science, analytics, or AI-related roles, strong communication and analytical skills, proven ability to work across technical and business domains, solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle, and technical terminology.

You will also need experience in systems business analysis within large or complex environments, familiarity with agile work practices and product development cycles, exposure to Generative AI or MLOps tools, and experience with model governance or responsible AI practices.

SQL coding and data manipulation skills are desirable, as is a tertiary qualification in Information Technology.
