The Research Assistant position provides critical support to the laboratory team at the Clem Jones Centre for Neurobiology and Stem Cell Research. As a key member of the Spinal Injury Project team, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of cell production, ensuring a high-quality workflow in accordance with PC2 laboratory requirements.
You will work closely with the research team to conduct cell biology experiments using human and rodent cells at Griffith's Gold Coast campus. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the head and senior staff members, as well as contribute to laboratory training and research group activities.
This is a fixed-term, full-time position based at the Griffith University Gold Coast campus. As a member of the Griffith University community, you will be expected to work across multiple campus locations.

To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree with Honours or an equivalent combination of qualifications and/or experience.
The full-time equivalent base salary for this position is in the range $80,000 - $84,000 per annum, plus 17% superannuation. The total FTE package is in the range $94,000 - $99,000 per annum.
