Night Duty Nurse Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality patient care on our night duty team.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding environment, providing individualized patient care while collaborating with experienced multidisciplinary teams.
In this position, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of quality and safety, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Responsibilities include:
- Providing patient care that meets our high standards of quality and safety
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current registration as a registered nurse with AHPRA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with others
- Proven experience in a similar role, with knowledge of aged care principles and practices
