Job Opportunity

This is a multi-skilled support role based in the Rockingham area and surrounding suburbs. As a member of our passionate, collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to connect customers with their local teams and provide direct support through various means.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and respect professional boundaries and privacy issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III Individual Support - Aged Care or Disability, or other relevant qualification
  • Experience working with seniors, people on the mental health recovery journey, and those living with disability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good written communication, computer, and mobile device skills
  • Current Western Australian Drivers Licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Rights to work in Australia
  • Current First Aid Certificate with 12 months or less currency (or willing to apply)
