Job Summary:
\rThe role of a Quality Assurance Manager involves overseeing the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with RANZCR standards.
\rAs a key member of the organization, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide expert advice on quality and accreditation guidelines.
\rMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of Radiology Information System (RIS/PACS) and Patient Centered Care Philosophy is crucial for success in this position.
\rKey Responsibilities:
\rDevelop and implement quality assurance processes to meet regulatory requirements
\rCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals
\rProvide expert advice on quality and accreditation guidelines
\rStay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
\rRequirements:
\rPrevious experience in a quality assurance role in healthcare
\rStrong understanding of quality assurance processes, including QIP, DIAS, and DHHS
\rExcellent communication and collaboration skills
