Job Description

You will lead the evolution of our infrastructure as we scale, designing resilient systems and automating deployment processes.

You will work alongside existing engineers to drive reliability improvements in partnership with product teams.

Your impact will shape the performance, uptime, and reliability of the platform powering millions of interactions.

  • Design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure that scales with global usage.
  • Define and track service level objectives and error budgets and drive reliability improvements.
  • Improve and extend on-call practices and incident response systems.
  • Own CI/CD architecture and deployment pipelines, optimising for speed and team autonomy.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to eliminate bottlenecks and proactively identify systemic risks.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in an SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering role with deep understanding of distributed systems.
  • Proven ability to scale systems in production environments, including experience with high-availability architectures.
  • Expertise in monitoring, logging, and alerting systems and a sharp eye for what matters.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD systems, containerisation, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with defining and managing service level objectives across complex systems.
  • A collaborative, mentoring mindset — someone who thrives on unblocking and upskilling others.
  • A strong sense of ownership and a bias toward continuous improvement.
