Job Summary

About the Role
As a Banking Consultant, you will work closely with customers to understand their financial goals and objectives. You will be responsible for generating opportunities for deposits and home lending, providing recommendations to improve sales performance, and processing transactions in an efficient and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate opportunities for deposits and home lending using agreed sales processes
• Provide recommendations to improve sales performance
• Assess customer needs through open and targeted communication
• Process transactions in an efficient and accurate manner
• Actively promote electronic distribution methods for conducting day-to-day banking
Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in business, commercial, or finance are desirable. Demonstrated experience in retail customer sales and service environments is essential. Analytical skills, attention to detail, and commercial acumen are key requirements for this role.
