Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning in Townsville. As a Senior Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational programs and experiences for our children, ensuring their safety and well-being, and contributing to the growth and development of our team.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week, with a competitive salary of up to $34.72 per hour, plus superannuation and benefits. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of our children
• Collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to ensure high-quality educational experiences
• Observing, informing, and continuously improving our educational programs
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in our care
• Providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
