At Myhomecare, we are committed to delivering exceptional care to older Australians in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our home care team.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct clinical and personal care duties with a holistic approach to in-home patient care.
- Provide clinical judgement, creativity, and sensitivity to develop care plans aligned to the client's assessed needs.
- Monitor chronic and palliative conditions, assess wounds, and attend to dressings as per the care plan.
- Assist clients with showering, bathing, shaving, dressing, toileting, and denture care, and other personal care duties.
- Provide a high level of holistic care, including social, emotional, and spiritual support.
- Unrestricted AHPRA Registration with a minimum 2 years of practicing as an RN.
- Experience in Aged Care and Community Home Care customer service skills is desirable.
- Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003/4) and current CPR certificate (HLTAID001).
- The right to work in Australia.
- A current driver's license, registration, and access to your own car with comprehensive car insurance.
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (Myhomecare will organize via WorkPro at no cost).
- A current NDIS worker check.
