National Workforce Planner

dnata is one of the world's largest air services providers offering ground handling, cargo, travel and flight catering services across five continents. With over 60 years of experience, we offer a full range of services to our Airline customers - Passenger and Customer Services, Ramp activities and Cargo handling in all major airports around Australia.

This role plays a pivotal part in the resourcing aspects of operational planning and control for workforce management, nationally.

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Planning Specialist who will contribute to the overall operational resource planning and management strategy through effective positioning and deployment of resources/equipment in support of achieving excellence in customer service experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the management of Resource Planning across all locations, Australia. This includes coordinating the development of resource planning documentation, providing analytical support to the Ground Handling Project through the development of business cases, financial modelling and data analysis to support business decision making.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in operational resource planning
  • Proven experience utilizing and optimizing roster management systems
  • Experience in workforce planning and/or crewing for large complex teams in the aviation industry essential
  • Leadership exposure and commitment to driving operational excellence
