Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assembly Manager to lead our Assembly department. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all Assembly operations, including financial and operational performance, and ensuring that they are executed in an effective and efficient manner under the strictest of hygiene conditions. They will also be accountable for budget and support the General Manager in the analysis of monthly financial statements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual who is looking to take their career to the next level. The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience at a similar level, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Assembly department and ensure that all operations are executed in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Oversee financial and operational performance, and ensure that all aspects of the Assembly department are compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience at a similar level.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to develop and implement process improvements.
