As a Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in promoting allied health services across Queensland.

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to enhance the visibility of our services.

This dynamic position involves creating engaging content, managing digital platforms, coordinating community outreach, and supporting the development of targeted marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social media management: Develop and schedule compelling content across social media platforms to promote services, programs, and updates while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
  • Community engagement and PR: Collaborate with local community groups, schools, and organisations to plan and deliver health education sessions, promotional events, and awareness campaigns.
  • Website management and promotion: Maintain and update website content regularly to ensure accurate service listings and active promotion of key offerings.
  • Marketing collateral production: Create both digital and print marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and signage in line with campaign objectives.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Build and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders and referral partners to support collaborative marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Data and insights reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on key marketing metrics to inform decisions and improve social media reach, engagement, and overall marketing performance.
  • Internal communication: Clearly and effectively communicate marketing campaigns, brand updates, and promotional activity to internal teams to support alignment across the organisation.
  • Proactive campaign development: Identify and act on opportunities for additional promotional efforts, particularly in underrepresented or high-value service areas.
  • Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to create targeted marketing strategies for specific client groups and demographics.
