About the Role

The Digital Transformation Expert will drive and prioritize automation and AI initiatives with cutting-edge technology. You will facilitate prioritization discussions with senior stakeholders across the business and support the AI Centre of Excellence initiative to align with broader transformation efforts.

This role manages and prioritizes projects, builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and presents updates and recommendations to senior leadership and governance forums.

You will ensure alignment with strategic objectives, track progress, and report on initiative status, risks, and dependencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all internal digital transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and drive outcomes.
  • Present initiative updates and recommendations to senior leadership and governance forums.
  • Resolve conflicting priorities and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • A true passion for AI and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience in technology project and delivery management roles.
  • A high degree of autonomy and influence across the organization.
  • A strong understanding of emerging technologies such as generative AI, machine learning, and automation.
  • Provide thought leadership on initiative delivery and governance best practices.
