Housekeeping Room Attendant

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be physically fit to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and service, maintaining accurate documentation and information, adhering to OHS regulations and company standards.

Cleaners must have the ability to work collaboratively with the Front Office to ensure smooth room releases, maintain guest corridors and report any spillages. Furthermore, they must restock room supplies and report lost or damaged items promptly.

  • Effectively clean rooms according to set standards
  • Ensure day-to-day cleaning is efficient and thorough
  • Maintain accurate records and information in hotel rooms
  • Report any necessary repairs or maintenance requirements to management

Requirements:

  • Work rights in Australia are mandatory
  • Cleaning experience is essential for this role

Working Conditions:

  • This position is part-time on a casual basis
