We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Lead Educator to join our team at Milestones Early Learning, Brookside. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in guiding our educators to implement engaging programs, following the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and fostering a culture of child-led discovery.

You will be responsible for nurturing and developing our team members, ensuring they confidently contribute to our children's learning and building strong relationships with our families and educators.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent, and a current Working with Children's Check.
