Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Shift Coordinator to lead our operations area at our Acacia Ridge Manufacturing facility. As a key member of our Processing and Logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of steel products to our QLD customers.

As a Shift Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, work collaboratively with a team of 20 members, and contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the operations area, including product scheduling, machine operation, and maintenance
  • Support and assist the team with daily operations, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and performance
  • Ensure safety standards are continuously evolving, championing change when risks and opportunities are identified
  • Grow and mentor the team to develop their technical capability
