$85,000 - $97,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Communications team in Sydney. This role will be responsible for developing visual communications and executing complex project requirements across print and digital platforms.

The successful candidate will have a solid background in graphic design, with experience in creating engaging visual content for internal and external presentations and campaigns. They will also be skilled in layout, design, and production activities, as well as contributing to the development of new concepts, graphic standards, and templates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end graphic design production efforts, including graphic design of qualifications, proposals, presentations, marketing collateral, and billable deliverables.
  • Execute design concepts to support marketing campaigns and social media campaigns.
  • Lay out bid documents, capability statements, and other work-winning materials.
  • Research and develop new ways of presenting our brand.
  • Create and edit materials for large events and campaigns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts, Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in a corporate environment, outsourcing, shared services, or similar model within Graphic Design function or any other relevant roles and functions.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a solid background in print, editorial, or brochure design.
  • A strong understanding and creative approach to brand identity and visual aesthetics.
