Job SummaryWorld Access Immigration PTY Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their healthcare needs and develop individualized care plans to address those needs.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and other nurses, to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between care settings.
- Medication Management and Treatment: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor patients' responses to treatment to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Health Education and Promotion: Provide patients and their families with education and support to promote healthy behaviors and prevent illness.
- Supervision and Leadership: Supervise and mentor Enrolled Nurses and other healthcare workers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality patient care.
- Experience: At least 2 years of post-qualification experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Qualifications: A Degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Language Skills: Exceptional command of the English language.
