Construction Project Manager Opportunity

A dedicated and experienced project manager is sought after for a unique opportunity in East Brisbane. As a key player in retail construction projects, you will oversee and manage the construction process, ensuring successful project completion to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and tradespeople to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Coordinate and manage project schedules, timelines, and resources.
  • Monitor and enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
  • Closely collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
  • Proactively identify and address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, daily activities, and materials usage.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Foreman or Construction Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on retail projects.
  • Strong understanding of retail construction processes, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Trade or construction-related certifications are a plus.
