About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Drafting Specialist to join our team at Air Services Australia. As a key member of our drafting team, you will be responsible for designing, producing, and maintaining technical drawings to support the provision of Air Traffic Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce technical drawings using MicroStation and/or AutoCAD software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Maintenance Technical officers, Technical Integrators, Project Managers, and Project Technical Leads
  • Develop and maintain technical drawings to support the provision of Air Traffic Services
  • Ensure compliance with equipment, policies, and procedures relevant to the position
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum academic qualifications at the Associate Diploma level in one or more of the following: Communications engineering, Electrical engineering, Electronic engineering, Computer science, or Information technology
  • Experience using MicroStation and/or AutoCAD software
  • Knowledge and understanding of electrical control circuits, network diagrams, and associated equipment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
