This is a casual employment position offering an attractive hourly rate depending on experience and availability.
About the Role:- Provide exceptional service while supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan.
- Assist with daily living tasks, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and more.
- Willing to do both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing.
- Available across all weekdays, including weekends and Public Holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support.
- Plan client activities and social outings.
- Develop connections with the community and achieve client goals.
- Transport clients to appointments and activities.
Requirements:
- A current full Australian driver's license and own car.
- Comprehensive Car Insurance.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW).
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Fluent in English.
- Skilled in Manual Handling and managing challenging behaviours.
- Previous experience in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
