Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Pier One Sydney Harbour Autograph Collection. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, creating a memorable experience, and contributing to the success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests according to specified recipes and standards.
  • Manage the bar area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, providing a high level of service and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification for NSW.
