Service Delivery Specialist

The Operations Team Member is a crucial member of our customer-facing team and plays a vital role in delivering store operations activities that support a sales-driven culture and profitable sales growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Execute effective store administration according to standard procedures, including cash handling and banking integrity, transaction processing, systems access and data accuracy, web sales and extended warranty claims, telephone management and inquiries, marketing and promotional activities.
- Contribute to financial performance through efficient inventory management and control over controllable expenses.
- Manage all sales channel fulfillment in accordance with established procedures.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a consistent positive store and channel experience for the customer and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries as needed.
- Contribute to The Good Guys brand and store experience through quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation.
- Customer Focus- Everything is done through the eyes of the customer.
- Drives Results- Consistently achieves results, even in challenging circumstances.
- Demonstrate Self-Awareness- Uses feedback and reflection to gain insight into personal strengths and weaknesses.
