About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Replenishment Specialist to join our team at Bernardi Group. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and our customers have access to a wide range of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and stock grocery deliveries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Replenish shelves and racks with products, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Assist with inventory management, including counting and reconciling stock levels
  • Participate in cleaning duties, including the disposal of boxes and cardboard
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
  • Ability to lift and move stock as required
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
