As a Senior Structural Engineer looking to step up into a 2IC position, you will lead a range of medium-sized projects and manage the technical quality and support in the team.

To be considered, you should have at least 7 years of industry experience in building structural design engineering, knowledge of Australian market conditions, and experience using design software like Microstran, SPACE GASS, SAP2000, ETABS, and RAPT. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for managing projects and internal teams.
