Customer Service Ambassador Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our organisation in a key ambassadorial role.
The Customer Service Ambassador will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members, building strong relationships and providing a welcoming experience.
This role requires flexibility to work afternoon and evening shifts across the week, including weekends and public holidays.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Extensive customer service experience with a proven ability to manage relationships.
- Experience in dealing with difficult customer situations in a calm, professional manner.
- Demonstrated understanding of and sensitivity to cultural diversity issues.
- Goal orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
