Lead Educator and Program Coordinator

The role of a Lead Educator and Program Coordinator is to deliver exceptional experiences for children in care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating enriching experiences based on the preferences of children in the program.
  • Supporting compliance with industry standards, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Building strong relationships with schools, parents, and the wider community.
  • Developing coordinator skills and taking ownership during school holidays.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, split shifts: 6:45am - 9:00am and 3:00pm - 6:30pm, totaling 28.5 hours per week.
