Job Description:
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for restaurant operations under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager. You will provide supervision, coaching, and guidance to restaurant employees, lead the guest experience, problem solve day-to-day operational issues as they arise, and ensure all areas of safety legislation and brand standards are followed.
About You:
You should be hungry for more and obsessed about growth professionally and personally. You should be passionate, wanting to be the best of the best, and willing to leave a lasting legacy both in your local community and for our environment. As a team player, you should go above and beyond to deliver our guests a memorable experience and take safety and security seriously, working safe and going home safe. Additionally, you should be ready to be the coach and mentor for our team members in restaurant, developing our future leaders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We look for candidates with supervisory experience, passion for exceeding guest expectations, high level energy and sense of urgency, and highly organized individuals who can work well in fast-paced restaurants. First Aid and CPR certification (desirable) and National Police Check are also required.
