**Job Summary**

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Luxury Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Tuggeranong. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Build a high-performing sales team driven to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Lead and engage the sales team daily
  • Coach and inspire team members through training and development
  • Create a customer-centric environment that exceeds customer expectations
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and inspire best practice

**Requirements**

  • Proven track record of strong sales achievements within a KPI structure
  • Proven problem-solving ability and excellent relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Retail management experience in high-volume, fast-paced retail environments is desirable
  • Optical experience is highly regarded but not essential as we provide excellent training
