The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and managing impactful culture and learning programs to drive business outcomes across multiple retail brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing innovative culture and learning solutions to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality program results.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the organization's strategic objectives and priorities.
- Proven experience in learning design and delivery, along with facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and SCORM files.
- Effective project management and program design skills.
- A proven track record in program design and delivery across a large audience.
- Excellent influencing, interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel within Australia to deliver and facilitate learning programs.
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Education, or Organisational Development is preferred.
- Knowledge of the retail industry, ideally with pharmacy experience.
