Claims Resolution Specialist Opportunity

This role is open to candidates who can work in a hybrid office/home-based environment and are available for inbound and outbound customer, supplier, and Broker calls relating to Commercial Non-Fleet, Corporate Fleet, and Leasing claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of claim activities, working proactively to keep customers, intermediaries, and stakeholders fully informed of progress.
  • Resolve customer / intermediary issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify suspected fraudulent claims, potential recoveries, and salvage opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and interpret information and make informed decisions.

Requirements & Hours

Hours worked at Suncorp Group are between 8am-7pm, however this may differ based on location. This is a hybrid office/home-based role, requiring a separate room for the office and internet access.
