Community Venue Coordinator

The Community Halls Support Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring Council's network of community venues and learning centres remain welcoming, functional, and accessible to all.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee venue procedures at the Caboolture Hub, including opening/closing, room setup, and cleaning/resetting for events.
- Manage correspondence and customer requests relating to hall operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality customer service.
- Support service improvements.
- Navigate Council's booking system and other resources.
- Assist hirers with booking processes and general enquiries.
Working hours will vary between 7:30am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
About YouWe're seeking a confident communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You'll have strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with online booking systems, particularly Council's Bookable program, would be highly regarded.
You'll be comfortable navigating corporate systems, working collaboratively with others, and maintaining a high standard of service across multiple venues.
