Job Description

To support the Store Manager with executing the store strategy, leading and developing a team of Customer Advisors to drive sales and high standards of customer service using the prescribed customer sales model.

You will be a key member of the team with excellent skills in operational governance. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to create a high-performing team, by coaching and empowering others to fulfill operational requirements and achieve their performance targets.

This is an opportunity to enhance your leadership skills, overseeing a retail team with a unique buzz and energy within a dynamic team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with previous experience in a retail leadership or assistant management role. They should be able to energize and drive a retail team to exceed sales targets and KPIs with demonstrated success.

  • Lead from the front and influence and build rapport with a diverse and varied team.
  • Resolve customer issues creatively and effectively.
  • Support the Store Manager in taking team members through change.
