Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Personal Shopper. As a Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for selecting and packing quality products that make up our customers' weekly shop.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that every order is accurately packed and delivered on time.

About the Role:

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be able to lift and move packages of varying weights, as well as stand for long periods of time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Select and pack quality products according to customer orders
  • Maintain accurate records of customer orders and inventory levels
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:

  • Able to lift and move packages of varying weights (up to 25kg)
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
