About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Software Tester to join our team at EBR. As a Junior Software Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough testing of new and updated software code to identify and report defects.
  • Collaborate with developers to create and execute test cases, ensuring that software meets requirements and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Implement quality assurance standards and best practices to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with development teams to resolve defects and improve software quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of testing frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience with automated testing tools, such as Selenium or Appium.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Good understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud-based testing tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins or Docker.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus, but not required.
