Sarina Russo Job Access is a leading provider of employment services and Self Employment Assistance across Australia.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Entrepreneurship Mentor to join our team. As an Entrepreneurship Mentor, you will be responsible for working with budding entrepreneurs to transform their business ideas into reality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and develop participants to achieve successful small business outcomes.
- Interview prospective participants and assess business applications.
- Coordinate and conduct training in various Skills Sets and Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business.
- Assist with the development of business plans and financial tables.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of small business operations, including cash flow and viability.
- The ability to lead, mentor, coach, and educate participants.
- Experience in data analysis and business planning.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills for developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to work in an autonomous, dynamic, and flexible work environment with an emphasis on high-level customer service.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) - desirable.
- Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business BSB40320 - desirable.
