We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Disability Employment Consultant to join our team at APM. As a Disability Employment Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities become work-ready and find sustainable employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source employment opportunities for job seekers and help them identify their skills and abilities to secure employment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to job seekers and employers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the employment process.
  • Develop and implement joint job plans with job seekers to support a clear pathway to employment.
  • Build relationships with local employers and community organizations to increase job opportunities for our clients.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to job seekers to enhance their employability and capacity for employment.
Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check and a Working with Children Check.
  • Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
