In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules for multiple clients, including community, aged care, and hospital providers across the nation. This position offers flexibility, allowing you to work remotely part-time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule coordination for various healthcare providers, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Manage incoming inquiries and requests regarding individual shifts and visits requiring coverage, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Handle day-to-day inquiries efficiently, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Liaise with nursing pools and providers as necessary, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
  • Execute entry-level recruitment tasks such as screening, onboarding, and referencing, supporting the growth and development of our team.

Requirements:

  • Ability to commit to a Monday to Friday, 2:30pm-8:30pm roster, ensuring consistent and reliable service delivery.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring high-quality work and minimal errors.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders, including clients, providers, and colleagues.
