About Us

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team as a Beginner Coach.

Job Summary

This role involves working alongside experienced Gymnastics Instructors to deliver engaging and informative YMCA Gymnastics programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all aspects of YMCA gymnastic programs, educational trends, and industry development.
  • Design and deliver fun and interactive lessons for children from various age groups.
  • Collaborate with the Recreation Team to provide a safe and inclusive environment for children.
  • Contribute to the care and wellbeing of vulnerable and underprivileged young people.
Requirements
  • Current First Aid certification is required.
  • A minimum Beginners coaching accreditation is necessary.
  • Coach Affiliation/Technical Membership is expected.
  • Experience working with groups of children from various ages is essential.
