Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech Language Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech therapy services to clients in Brisbane.

About the Role

This full-time role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide client-centred care. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for speech therapy and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.


Key Responsibilities
  • To conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients.
  • To deliver high-quality speech therapy services to clients, including individual and group sessions.
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of client care.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, including assessment and treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
  • To participate in professional development opportunities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A relevant degree or qualification in Speech Pathology.
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
  • Current First Aid certification and Working With Children Check.
  • SPA registration and professional indemnity/public liability cover.
