Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, sales performance, and compliance with company policies and procedures. They will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships with the local community, and driving business growth initiatives.

Requirements
  • Leadership and management experience, with a proven track record of guiding teams to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, including financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Technological savvy, with experience working with digital tools to enhance operations and drive business growth.
