We are seeking Care Workers to join our team in a rewarding role that involves providing compassionate care to the elderly.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including residential aged care facilities and community-based programs.

As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, such as feeding, showering, dressing, and administering medications.

You will also be required to serve meals and drinks according to individual dietary requirements, tidy and clean, including sanitising activities, engage with family members to offer observations, instructions, and updates, assist with mobility using mechanical aides as required, provide social and conversational support ensuring residents emotional and physical wellbeing is observed, follow health and safety guidelines always, respond to general emergencies as directed by the nurse, and implement infection prevention and control practices always.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Certificate I - IV (desired)

- Aged care experience (desired)
