Caregiver | Mount Sheridan

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Carer to join our team at Bupa Mount Sheridan in Queensland. As a Carer, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live longer, healthier, and happier lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centered care to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance the quality of care and services.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability.
• A passion for delivering world-class care and a commitment to resident-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
