Job Title

A key member of our team will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through the successful deployment of NetSuite solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Support implementations and provide top-notch support to clients
  • Configure and customize NetSuite solutions to meet client needs
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure seamless system adoption
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client pain points
  • Stay up-to-date with NetSuite product releases and best practices

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in NetSuite implementation, preferably in retail or manufacturing sectors
  • Excellent knowledge of core NetSuite Finance and WD modules (or similar in other ERP software)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and striving for excellence in all aspects of the customer journey
