Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Lead Software Development Engineer to spearhead our engineering transformation, driving innovation and excellence in full-stack design expertise.

This role demands a comprehensive understanding of development and operations, encompassing coding, infrastructure management, system administration/engineering, and DevOps toolchains. As part of our team, you will collaborate on building tomorrow's banking solutions using cutting-edge engineering, technology, and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Full-Stack Expertise:
    • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions with a focus on front-end development using Next.js or React.
    • Strong back-end skills with experience in .NET and .NET Core.
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Ability to lead technical strategy and design for large-scale projects.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to guide cross-functional teams.
  • Cloud Platforms:
    • Familiarity with AWS services, including EC2, ECS, CloudFormation, Lambda, S3, Secrets Manager, KMS, and IAM services.
  • DevSecOps:
    • Experience with CI/CD tools, such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, TeamCity, Synk, Sonarqube, and Octopus.
  • Containerisation:
    • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment.
  • AI Technologies:
    • Possess a strong technical mindset and willingness to adopt AI technologies in daily workflows.
