Senior Advancement Leader

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Advancement Leader to join our team as Deputy Director, Advancement Services. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results and improve customer experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to deliver exceptional results and improve customer experience.
  • Provide expert guidance across a range of cross-divisional functions, including strategic planning, budgeting, financial management, vendor management, internal audit, governance, and policy.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to bring our transformative vision to life and uplift the advancement services team as a core part of the portfolio.
  • Work with business leaders to identify opportunities across policy, data, people, process, and systems domains, managing these opportunities through to execution and monitoring to realize business benefits.
