This role involves working as a dedicated healthcare professional in our coronary care unit team, providing high standards of patient care in a fast-paced setting. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Deliver safe and evidence-based nursing care to patients in the coronary care unit.
- Collaborate with medical professionals on procedures such as coronary angiograms, pacemakers, and vascular interventions.
- Lead quality improvement projects to enhance patient care and safety.
- Work effectively with other healthcare professionals to support patient needs.
- Serve as a role model for safe practice and provide guidance to colleagues as needed.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a registered nurse in an acute coronary care unit.
- Valid registration with AHPRA (no restrictions).
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent degree.
- Compliance with ACQSHC National Standards.
- Demonstrated clinical expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and continuous improvement.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
