Establish your retail career by leading a team and driving sales in a collaborative environment.

This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of a retail store, fostering close relationships with stakeholders, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to lead by example, plan resources effectively, and maintain a culture of safety.

  • Manage the store team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including manufacturing, finance, and merchandise teams
  • Liaise directly with trade account customers and general customers, providing face-to-face and telephone sales support
  • Utilize sales and design systems to create quotes and designs for customers
  • Participate in training and personal development sessions, coaching and developing team members
  • Roster management and development of training programs
  • Performance coaching and development
  • Enquiries follow-up and conversation management
  • Inventory management
  • Collaborate with team members, other business areas, and projects as required
About You
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • A positive selling attitude, empowering your team to sell
  • A self-starter who can set goals and deliver sales targets
  • Retail and/or trade outlet experience
  • The ability to coach and develop team members
  • A willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
