Key Responsibilities

• Support your Room Leader in adhering to our quality standards for curriculum and documentation.
• Demonstrate experience in organizing, leading, and concluding educational activities.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and engage in reflective practices to enhance educational outcomes.
• Exhibit a mature and professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Commit to personal development and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of learning.
• Ensure your learning space is impeccably maintained, providing a welcoming and secure atmosphere.
• Be available for flexible shifts, Monday to Friday, within operational hours.

Qualifications

• Possess or be working towards an ACECQA recognized Certificate III or Diploma qualification.
• Hold a current Working with Children's Check.
• Have current certifications in Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid, or be willing to obtain them.
• Complete Child Protection Training or be willing to pursue it.
