Job Description

We are seeking a Part Time Stock Assistant to join our team, providing support with stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of store appearance, ensuring seamless customer interactions, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory levels, accurately receiving and processing deliveries, and maintaining organized stock rooms
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and addressing customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhering to brand standards and guidelines
  • Process transactions efficiently, handling customer payments, and operating point-of-sale systems
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar retail or stock-related position, preferably with fashion knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
